Located in the heart of the up-and-coming West Hindley precinct, Stem has become known for celebrating the best local produce, introducing Adelaide to some of the most stunning wines from around the world, and curating one of the best casual fine-dining hospitality experiences in South Australia for over 4 years.
Since Stem's opening, we have had a strong focus on local wines produced here in SA, as well as highlighting fantastic wines and winemakers from Europe, all represented within our incredible cellar which is stocked with over 250 unique lines. However, we are looking for someone that can bring their own creative flair to our wine offering, and to elevate Stem to the pinnacle of Adelaide's growing wine bar scene. You will have the chance to make the wine offering your own, infusing it with your personality and passion while honoring what has made Stem an Adelaide institution.
