AddressThe Varsity Collective, which encompasses The Brooklyn Wine and Tapas and Oscar Italia, is looking for an experienced all-rounder to help enhance the experience of our customers expecting only the best.
We have 2 great venues based in Varsity Lakes, outstanding menus and a wine list to die for and we are dedicated to providing the best experience for our customers.
We don't push people out of the door, we want them to stay and experience all that we can offer.

The position provides 4 shifts per week across the 2 venues from Tuesday to Saturday and duties include:
Taking of orders.
Delivery of drinks and food to tables.
Phone orders for takeaway and pick up including UBER when required.
Liasing with the manager regarding specials, menu changes etc.
Full training and uniform is provided.
Hours are typically 5.30pm to 9.30pm so would suit someone looking for an extra income
