The Role
Reporting to the Venue Manager, the Restaurant Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- “Hands-on” role
- Oversee all facets of the Dining spaces
- Work closely with Head Chef to execute food offerings
- Perform staff training sessions, leading and mentoring a team
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Maintain guest information
- Senior member of the management team
Skills and Experience
- Experience in a senior hospitality position / restaurant management
- Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive dining experience
- Exemplary leadership and management skills
- A strong appreciation for quality in all elements of your work
- Ability to train and work effectively in a team environment
- Strong work ethic, excellent communication, delegation and time-management
- Full-time position
