We are seeking to appoint an experienced Restaurant Manager. This position will require you to have a highly visible presence and hands-on approach during service periods. The key duties and responsibilities of this position include:Managing staff to ensure restaurant service levels are consistent and of the highest possible standard
Providing ongoing training and mentoring of staff
Driving revenue by ensuring maximum covers per service period
Roster preparation and approval of timesheets in accordance with resort processes
Stock rotation and ordering, including a monthly stocktake
Monitoring the restaurant budget, including completing detailed reporting on the same
