Nonna’s Pizzeria & Cucina, a new venue in South Fremantle that serves modern Italian Restaurant using the freshest traditional Italian ingredients.

We are looking for a dynamic person with a proven track record in restaurant management, in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities:
 Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
 Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows in the kitchen and front of house.
 Foster a customer-centric culture by maintaining high standards of service quality, addressing customer feedback, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the overall dining experience.
 Recruit, train, and mentor staff to uphold the highest standards of professionalism,
hospitality, and product knowledge.
 Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure the restaurant's financial success.
 Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the
availability of high-quality ingredients and materials.
 Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing best practices to create a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
 Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and enhance the restaurant's visibility in the community.
