We are looking for a dynamic person with a proven track record in restaurant management, in a high-volume setting.
Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows in the kitchen and front of house.
Foster a customer-centric culture by maintaining high standards of service quality, addressing customer feedback, and continuously seeking ways to enhance the overall dining experience.
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to uphold the highest standards of professionalism,
hospitality, and product knowledge.
Manage budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting to ensure the restaurant's financial success.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the
availability of high-quality ingredients and materials.
Uphold health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations and implementing best practices to create a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and guests.
Plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and enhance the restaurant's visibility in the community.
