Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and high-quality customer experiences.
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Plan and coordinate special events and promotions.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of Malaysian cuisine and culture is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
