AddressTH Hospitality Services Pty Ltd are looking for qualified and experienced Restaurant Managers and/or Hotel Managers to join our teams.
TH Hospitality Services Pty Ltd have venues such as the Kingscliff Beach Hotel, Babalou Wedding & Events, Chinderah Tavern, Kingscliff Cellars, The Beach House, Rydges and Sails Port Macquarie, and the Jacobs Well Tavern.
About You – Restaurant Manager:
- You will hold a Diploma or higher and have at least 2 relevant years experience
- High level of organisation
- High level of interpersonal, communication and team work skills
- Plan menus with Chefs
- Plan, manage and organise special functions
- Maintain records of financial transactions and stock levels
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Select, train and supervise staff
- Arrange purchase and pricing of goods within budget guidelines
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
About You – Hotel Manager:
- You will hold a Diploma or higher and have at least 2 years relevant experience
- High level of organisation
- High level of interpersonal, communication and team work skills
- Oversee all department activities, including reservations, receptions, room service and housekeeping
- Supervise and organise security and property maintenance
- Plan and organise special functions including bar, restaurant and conference activities
- Maintain records of accounting and oversee purchasing activities
- Ensure compliance with all laws, including liquor and gaming regulations
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
