Bodega is a Mediterranean restaurant located in Scarborough (WA) and we are currently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team, on a full-time basis, as soon as practicable.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily operations, including opening & closing procedures
- Monitoring expenses and controlling costs
- Hiring, training and supervising staff members
- Ensuring high-quality customer service at all times
- Collaborating with chefs to develop menus.
Skills:
- Must be able to lead and motivate team
- Attention to detail (from food presentation to cleanliness & safety awards)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding basic accounting principles.
Annual remuneration: $70,000 + superannuation
