Scissors and Tongs is a Korean traditional restaurant located in Rhodes.
We are looking for a competent Restaurant Manager who will look after overall restaurant operations and management. You will work in a fun, fast-paced and dynamic team environment focused on creating special customer and employee experiences.
Requirements: Diploma + 2 years work experience OR 3 years equivalent work experience
Duties:
- Managing overall restaurant operations, including supervising cooking, waiting services, and customer service
- Consulting with kitchen staff for food preparation and menu planning
- Planning and organizing special functions, receptions, and catering
- Arranging purchases and determining pricing of goods and services within budget constraints
- Inspecting dining and kitchen facilities to ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Discussing tastes and serving modes with customers, especially group customers
- Maintaining records of restaurant operations, including financial transactions
- Developing a customer base for group catering
