Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and food standards
Manage, train, and motivate staff to maintain excellent customer service
Handle financial aspects including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations
Implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer base
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the head chef to maintain menu quality and innovation
Organize and oversee special events and promotions
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and local community organizations
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in restaurant management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food and beverage trends
Proficiency in restaurant management software
Flexibility to work on weekends
