About the Role :
Join our team as a Restaurant manager, where you'll be the driving force behind our venue. You'll be at the helm of day-to-day operations, leading from the front and ensuring excellence in service.
A dynamic leader with previous experience in a hospitality leadership role and who can do the following Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Costing and optimise spending via restructuring of budgets of labor, capital assets, inventory purchasing and technology upgrades.
- Collaborate with chefs on planning, designing and executing the new menus i.e, function and seasonal menus.
- Assuring that the service of food and beverages are comply with the Health and safety standards.
- Expanding cross-functional organizational capacity by collaborating across departments on priorities, functions and common goals.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers through account development.
- Establishing and update work schedules to account for changing staffs levels and expected workloads.
- Approve regular payroll submissions for employees.
- Execute regular process updates to reduce discrepancies and enhance scheduling across production calendars and programs.
- Conduct monthly inventories of raw materials and components on work floor.
- Manage customer bookings, upsell the food and beverage items via suggestive selling.
- Cross-training existing employees to maximize team agility and performance.
- Report to the owners about the overall functioning of the venue.
Our ideal candidate must have:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Experience with staff supervision and management
- Superior team-building skills
- Passion for outstanding customer service.
- High standard of personal presentation.
- Good understanding of revenue management
- Availability to work full-time across a 7-day roster with alternating shifts.
