Heritance Restaurant & Bar situated in Clyde North, Victoria is looking for a full-time Cafe and Restaurant Manager. The applicants must have the right attitude and skills, as well as the right person will be experienced and passionate with a strong hospitality background with the ability to lead a team to execute the ultimate customer experience.

Responsible for managing a team of Baristas, Floor Staff and Chefs, this role requires a person who possesses both strong leadership skills to deliver an outstanding and memorable service to our regular and first-time customers alike.

The following responsibilities and tasks will be assigned to you:

Task and Responsibilities

• Planning menus in consultation with Chefs
• Planning and organizing special functions
• Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
• Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
• Selecting, training and supervising F & B staff
• May take reservations, greet guests, and assist in taking orders

Qualifications & Experience: -

·        Recognized Diploma in Hospitality Management OR Equal with

·       Minimum 3 years of managerial level experience.

OR

·       Minimum 5 years of managerial work experience in hospitality Industry

·       Extensive experience in similar position may substitute the formal qualifications
