We specialise in seafood and vegan offerings, with an extensive wine list of Champagne and other French Wines.

Qualifications & experience
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
Previous experience in a premium venue
Experience in supervising fine dining and events
Current Victorian RSA certificate
Tasks & responsibilities
Providing a Food and beverage service that exceeds customers’ expectations
Supervising and building a very strong and positive team
Function and event organisation
Delivering outstanding customer experiences and coaching the team to do the same
Managing the Front of House as 2IC under General Manager
