Since 2009 we have been serving up fun, elevated Mexican street food, cocktails and epic vibes across 7 days of the week - looking after every guest like they are regulars, and regulars like they are family!
We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team working closely with the GM and Exec Chef, proactively leading the FOH team from the front line.
Experience, Skills & Attitude required;
- At least 2-years experience as a senior-level supervisor, Duty Manager or Host, or as a Restaurant Manager
- Experience working in a very busy, fast paced restaurant
- A passion for training and mentoring in both service and product knowledge
- An obsessive level of detail and organisation to set up every service up for success
- A genuine love for looking after people, great (and we mean great!) banter, a love of Mexican food and drinks and interest in learning more as our menu and beverage offer evolves
- Outgoing personality and excellent attention to detail
