Lone Star Rib House is a high-volume Texan-themed food and beverage restaurant and is currently looking to recruit a full team of Hospitality Super Stars to join our ranks: 

• Chefs/cooks
• Waitstaff/Bar staff
• Kitchenhands/food runners

The role:

• Delivering Amazing Customer Service - our customers know is for our good-fashioned Texan hospitality
• People skills/ Managing staff - lead by example, and manage staff effectively in rostering and whilst during shift.
• Have excellent communication, organisational and time management skills
• Ensure our standard of service remains high at all times
• Must be able to work in an extremely busy environment
• Manage stock levels, Wage percentages, and rostering.
• Flexibility to work lunch, dinner and weekends
• Understanding of beer, wine and cocktails;
• Drive for results in all aspects of the venue's business;
• Management, training and recruitment of staff;
• An understanding of Liquor License policies and procedures;
• Previous proven experience in managing/leading, training/developing and mentoring a medium to large team to achieve common goals;
• A confident approach, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the business;

You must have a current RSA and be an Approved Manager.

• Able to drive the front-of-house team with energy. Experience and capability in beverage operations, a drive for passionate customer service and events execution.
