Restaurant Manager

The Impressive Dumplings thrive to rebuild and reshape customer’s impression on delicious authentic Chinese cuisine by selecting best ingredients and prepared by highly professional kitchen staff. Under such rapid development, we are urgently looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager for an immediate and long-term employment commitment. 

To be successful, you must have:

1: Highly relevant working experiences in Restaurant Manager role for at least 2 years

2: Holding qualification in Hospitality diploma level or above 

Duties: 

1. Conduct and chair regular weekly meetings for restaurant staff.
2. Develop restaurant annual work plans and targets.
3. Sign the budgets and work plan reported by the direct subordinates according to the working procedures.
4. Recruit, hire, and oversee training for staff.
5. Conduct inspection and supervision of work within the food and beverage department and make evaluations.
6. Arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment and other services.
7. Select or create successful menu items based on many considerations, and assign prices based on cost analysis.
8. Schedule work hours for servers and kitchen staff.
