About Us
Muse Restaurant is inspired by the fresh local produce from the Nagambie Lakes district, offering modern farmhouse cuisine with a rustic yet refined dining experience. Our menu, curated by Estate Executive Chef Nigel Brown, emphasises local, sustainable, and ethical farming methods. Meanwhile, The Provedore boasts a new look and menu, serving breakfast and lunch seven days a week.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Excellent knowledge of food and wine
- Leadership experience in managing large teams
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
- Proven ability to train, motivate, and lead staff
- Strong back-of-house administration skills, including rostering
- Capable of planning, forecasting, and recruiting front-of-house staff
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Immaculate presentation and a lead-by-example mentality
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a confident, engaging, and professional approach
