Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Salary: $83,000 plus superannuation

Brasserie L'Entrecote has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the
team. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week based in Pymble, NSW.

ambience and delivering a magical experience for every guest.
About the Role
The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the following duties:
? Maintaining service standards in our dining room by actively leading the team
? Delivering regular staff trainings for the front of house
? Conveying constant and constructive, one on one feedback to our employees
? Clear and regular communication with our Head Chef and Reservations Manager
? Inducting new employees to the venue
? Mentoring junior team members and facilitating their progression within the venue and
beyond
? Maintaining the venues presentation and standards at all times
Skills & Experience – Who we’re looking for:
For this position, it is expected that you would possess the following qualifications/work experience:
? Minimum Diploma qualification in Hospitality or similar field OR at least 3 years of relevant
work experience in lieu of qualifications;
? Able to efficiently manage multiple tasks within the demanding pace of a restaurant
environment while upholding quality standards;
? Possess strong problem-solving skills to swiftly address and resolve various challenges, be it
handling customer complaints, addressing kitchen mishaps, or managing staffing issues;
? At least 2 years of experience in managing venues of a similar calibre
