Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff management, rostering.
- Develop strategies with marketing team to grow client base
- Recruit, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Collaborate with the Chefs to create appealing menus and specials.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
The successful Restaurant Managerwill require:
- At least 2 years' experience
- Proven experience in restaurant management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
