The Role:
As our Restaurant Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, uphold our high standards, and contribute to the growth and success of Pino's Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of front-of-house staff, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Customer Service: Ensure top-notch service, address customer concerns promptly, and create a welcoming environment.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and maintaining health and safety standards.
- Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate on marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers, enhance our brand presence, and grow our customer base.
- Innovation: Continually seek ways to improve our offerings and service to create a unique and memorable dining experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role within a high-end restaurant setting.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of Italian cuisine and wine, with a passion for quality food.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle complaints and resolve conflicts efficiently.
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification is mandatory.
