The Role:
Is to be the benchmark for customer service, positive attitude & product knowledge within the venue driving service standards, making friends & gaining repeat customers.
You work collaboratively in your role with other SLT team members, seeking & accepting feedback.
You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the front of house floor team & business as a whole, in accordance to financial targets, cost control & guest experience

Your accountabilities are as follows:
- Roster oversite achieving targets & staffing level positivity
- Venue presentation so she looks STUNNING
- Venue organisation across the stable of offerings within the restaurant, all parts of service are under your assisted control
- Driving ‘upselling’ across food & beverage teams (SOP)
- Systems & processes for a overview of 'we have a systematised way to do everything' & drive accountability
- Follow up WEEKLY with managers & supervisors on their KPI’s. REPEAT every week
- Manage weekly wage & revenue forecast v’s actuals on a daily basis
- Approving all staff timesheets/payroll prior to COB Sunday
- encourage a healthy relationship between all employees, driving culture at the fore
- Foster a strong, positive relationship with the kitchen leadership & team as a whole
