Ace Hotel Sydney is our first-ever spot in Australia, set in the verve of Surry Hills. Inspired by the area's lively rhythm, Ace Sydney is home to a bustling public Lobby, alive nearly every night with DJs and performers, a rebellious art program, and a sunken lounge just off the Lobby bar. We’ve also got three distinct restaurants, each led by award-winning culinary pros: from Kiln, where local legend Chef Mitch Orr crafts daring dishes, to LOAM, our oasis for fresh, seasonal fare, and Good Chemistry, our day-to-night laneway café. Now all we need is you.

About Kiln
Named Good Food Guide's Best New Restaurant of the Year 2023, this daring menu is curated by the culinary alchemist Mitch Orr, whose inspiration emphasises Italian, Japanese, and Southeast Asian flavours. Here, the ingredients harness the open flame, smoke, and smoulder of the kitchen's wood-burning grill. It's all about sharing the love—the entire menu is crafted for communal feasting, and we're talking top-notch, sustainably sourced ingredients that roll with the seasons.
Elevating the dining experience, our carefully curated beverage selection features a wine list with natural, low-intervention, and small producers, offering unique flavours that complement the menu's temporal offerings. Additionally, our seasonally crafted cocktails highlight the best of locally sourced spirits, perfect for enhancing each dish or savouring on their own. Join us on a journey where exceptional cuisine effortlessly blends with thoughtfully selected drinks, taking your dining experience beyond the ordinary.
