AddressWe, DP Northland Pty Ltd, are seeking a qualified full-time Restaurant Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. As our Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible to plan and manage the daily operations of our Chinese restaurant business in Northland Shopping Centre, Victoria. Your main duties include and not limited to:
- planning and organising daily operation for the dining area;
- planning and organising special functions/bookings (e.g., birthday party);
- food and beverage promotion;
- discussing with chef/cook regarding customer feedback on the food prepared;
- inventory check and arranging the purchasing of inventory;
- keeping updated records of sales and expenses;
- inspecting dining areas to ensure compliance with the health and safety requirements;
- making sure dining areas are always clean, functional and of suitable appearance;
- conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and services provided;
- selecting, employing, and dismissing staff;
- implementing staff roaster and assigning duties to staff;
- supervising dining staff and providing trainings to them;
- reviewing, implementing, and managing the guest reservation process;
- undertaking guests greeting duty in conjunction with dining staff;
- making recommendations to the management to improve dining services;
- reporting to the management of any issues/problems of the dining services.
Qualifications & Skills required:
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Minimum two years of relevant experience.
- Excellent skills in management and communication.
- Must have full Australian work right.
- Must available to work full-time.
Salary package: $70,000 - $80,000 a year plus superannuation depending on experience
