We are on the hunt for Restaurant Managersto head up our restaurants in Kings Cross and Kogarah in Sydney.

About Us

We are Zambrero. Australia's largest Mexican franchise offering healthy, fresh food while fighting world hunger. We are a quick-service restaurant that offers tasty burritos, bowls, nachos, and tacos filled with home-made guac and other goodies. But we are not just a healthy quick-service restaurant! We also donate one meal to someone in need for every bowl or burrito bought at Zambrero through our Plate 4 Plate initiative.

What you’ll do

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for setting the highest standard in all areas of the restaurant including the customer experience, the workplace culture, and the financial results. 

• Managing your team, including hiring, training, performance reviews, rostering, and resolving any employee issues including grievances
• Ensuring food is prepared, presented, and served to the highest standard.
• Ordering of stock from various suppliers
• Office administration duties such as paperwork, banking, cash handling, payroll, and reviewing policies
• Compiling, preparing, and maintaining profit and loss statements, budgets, and cost controls with regard to cost of goods and labour

What you’ll bring

• Previous (assistant) restaurant management experience
