Full-Time Restaurant Manager Wanted at Rajs Corner Cooks Hill!
We're seeking a passionate and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from front-of-house to back-of-house.
- Participate in menu planning by consulting with the Head Chef and Director.
- Lead and motivate a team of dedicated staff, ensuring excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
- Recruit, hire, and train new employees.
- Manage inventory and ensure food costs are within budget.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies.
- Analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Represent Raj's Corner with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Passion for Indian cuisine and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience with restaurant management software and food safety regulation
