Qualifications & experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in a premium venue
- Experience in supervising fine dining and events
- Current Victorian RSA certificate
Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing a Food and beverage service that exceeds customers’ expectations
- Supervising and building a very strong and positive team
- Function and event organisation
- Delivering outstanding customer experiences and coaching the team to do the same
- Managing the Front of House as 2IC under General Manager
