About the role:

Restaurant Managers organise and control the operations of their restaurant through their leadership team, to provide outstanding employee and guest experiences whilst maintaining brand, safety, and legislative standards and focusing on their restaurants targets.

Skills & experience:

• Supervisory experience preferable
• Passion for exceeding guest expectations
• High level of energy and sense of urgency
• Great communication skills
• Highly organised
• Works well in fast paced restaurant

Qualifications:

• First Aid and CPR (desirable)
• National FSS (desirable)
• Fire Training (desirable)
• National Police Check
