The role:
We are looking for someone that wants more than just a job. We want to support the right people to build long-term careers, with dedicated training programs and development pathways, leading to ongoing advancement opportunities in our business. We reward those who want to work hard and grow quickly.
In this role you will perform and direct overall restaurant management against clear KPIs. You will be responsible for service, staffing, food, reporting and financial systems. You will recruit, train and manage staff - with a focus on delivering a WOW service to our guests, every time. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this position.
What are we looking for
- Experience as a manager in a fast casual restaurant brand highly preferred
- Passion for delivering exceptional service to customers
- A motivated person that really wants to grow with the business
- Positive, energetic with an ability to train and mentor staff to achieve their best
- Proactive, with an ability to make decisions on the go
- Understand the importance of following P'nut operational standards to ensure the vision & values are retained across all stores
