The Cudgen Headland Surf Life Saving Club is looking for an experienced full-time Restaurant Manager with great work ethic and passion to work in a busy, fast passed restaurant. Qualifications & experience required:
- minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager

- Be able to work autonomously as well as part of a team;
- Experience in managing labour costs;
- Ability to work well under pressure;
- Knowledge of
Work Health and Safety compliance;
- Exceptional customer service skills, and able to lead, mentor and train staff
- Have a keen eye with high attention to detail
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Selecting, training and supervising staff to ensure the highest level of
service standards
- Identifying opportunities to increase service standards and areas for
continuous improvement
- Planning menu changes in consultation with Chefs and Management
- Organising and executing functions and events in the restaurant and private
dining room
- Following our OH&S procedures and policies ensuring dining facilities
comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
