Form of workThe Garage restaurant is one of the newest offerings to come out of the Twin City Hotel precinct and a fan favourite amongst the locals. The Garage is a burger and craft beer driven restaurant that seats approximately 140 people. The atmosphere is loud with neon signs wall to wall and Aussie rock classics on the playlist.
We are now on the hunt for an energetic and enthusiastic Restaurant Manager to take the reins!
About the Role:
- Coach, train and lead the Garage front of house team to deliver outstanding service and quality of product.
- Hiring and rostering for the front of house Garage team.
- Upkeep cleanliness and uniform standards
- Work with the Twin City Cellar team on stock and non-consumable ordering
- Work with the Garage kitchen team on Burger/dessert specials
- Become the face of the business!
