Currently, we are seeking a passionate Restaurant Manager to join and supervise our team of Customer Service staff
You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the restaurant operates efficiently and effectively with fiscal and operational guidelines. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning menus in consultation with chefs.
- Ensure that all menu items are made according to the recipe and presented as per standards.
- Purchase food products within established guidelines. Oversee correct receipt, storage and handling of food products to ensure quality and freshness at all times.
- Planning and arranging special functions.
- Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
- Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
- Respond to guest comments and criticism in a constructive and positive manner, looking at such as an opportunity to build guest count. Educate and empower subordinates and associates to act in a similar capacity.
- Selecting, training and supervising Customer Service (waiting) staff.
- Work within established guidelines and policies for training and development of associates.
Suitable Candidates should have at least a Diploma of Hospitality plus minimum 02 years of related Work Experience.
Applicant should be a Permanent Resident or a Citizen of Australia.
