Job Description
As the Restaurant Manager you will take ownership of the general running of the restaurant. This will mean being focussed on elevating the customer experience from excellent to remarkable, developing the team through coaching and training opportunities and managing inventory and the financial aspect of the restaurant. You will be in control of, and have accountability for overall quality of execution, adherence to procedures and the financial performance of the restaurant.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in leading a team within a busy, high volume hospitality environment. Experience within a Drive-Thru environment is not essential, but will be highly regarded. You will have strong people management, delegation and organisational skills and will value the importance of following processes and procedures. You will have proven experience working with rosters along with achieving KPIs and driving profitability.
