Form of workWe are on the hunt for experienced Restaurant Manager, Tassis Pty Ltd venues include Massimo Bar and Restaurant, Opa Bar & Mezze, Yamas Greek and Drink, Fosh and Rich and Rare (restaurants included the cuisine of Australian Steakhouse, Seafood Restaurant, Greek cuisine, Italian cuisine, and Latin cuisine). Our company aims to provide the ultimate experience for our customers with fantastic service, and outstanding food and drinks. Pay rate to be discussed above indication only for full time staff.
Skills and Experience Restaurant Manager
Flexible availability over a rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards
Managing of staff in a respectful manner
Handling customer resolution Reliable and honest
Confidence in your ability to take charge, able to give and receive genuine feedback and take action as needed
Must have a proactive approach
Exceptional organisation skills - you need to thrive in a fast paced environment
Must love the hospitality industry Able to do stock control using Impos Impos is POS Create rosters and approve timesheet
Previous a la carte experience
Have great time management
Diploma or above and 2 years industry experiencefull-time relevant work experience in a similar role Can do attitude with a willingness to learn
