This profitable property and business has recently been acquired by the Casino RSM Club and will now need to transition from a family run operation to a managed facility as part of the Clubs broader business. It is intended however for it to continue as a standalone operation with the Restaurant Manager having full P&L responsibility and accountability for its performance.
The restaurant currently averages around 500 meals weekly across 6 nights of trading however there is scope to significantly increase this with access to the Clubs 9000 + membership base together with its marketing and promotional support.
The Club is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager (who may also be a chef) to maximise the potential of this wonderful business.
Whilst managing the restaurant is the primary objective of this role the option exists for the successful applicant to manage both the restaurant and the motel business if desired if a couple or family are involved. A 3 bedroom apartment is available if required.
