About the role:
Working as part of a supportive and collaborative restaurant team, and supported by our venue operations team, Farmers Daughters is looking for someone to join our team and help us launch a new and exciting concept.  

The key responsibility of this role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business, with a focus on developing the team, staff training and exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for rostering, shift management and service as well as customer satisfaction and sales.

You will be required to work a flexible and rotating roster across a 7-day week of operation, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.


About you:
You are someone who maintains high standards and is driven by the success of both yourself and others. You lead by example, have a vibrant personality, are professional and always well-presented.

You will have demonstrated experience in a fine dining restaurant environment, exemplary people management skills and a focus on nurturing a respectful work environment. 

You are a clear and concise communicator and have a sound understanding of OHS and WHS regulations. You will offer quality and consistency throughout every service with a strong customer focus and sales orientation.
 


About Us:
Renascence Group operate three restaurants, two in Melbourne, one in Sydney and more on the way.

Our restaurants focus on provenance and sustainability. Our flagship restaurant Farmer’s Daughters heroes the Gippsland region and preserves the proud tradition of local farmers and producers, delivering their delicious produce direct to the heart of Melbourne.

With three levels to explore, Farmers Daughters comprises the casual dining Deli, hatted farm-to-table Restaurant and Rooftop wine bar. 

Our second restaurant, Victoria by Farmers Daughters follows a similar ethos but focusses on Victorian produce, events and activations. 

We believe that there is a better way to do hospitality, one that that recognises effort and provides opportunity for those that put in. One that does not put profit before employees.
