Restaurant Supervisor (Full-Time) Take Your Next Step in Hospitality Leadership at Red Beret Hotel & Carrington Hotel! Locations: Red Beret Hotel (Redlynch, QLD) & The Carrington Hotel (Atherton, QLD)
About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Restaurant Supervisor to join our team! You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth restaurant operations, providing exceptional guest service, and supporting our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily restaurant operations during your shift
• Ensure efficient and timely food and beverage service
• Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene
• Assist with staff training and development
• Prepare rosters and manage staff leave requests
• Contribute to the development and implementation of restaurant policies
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 1 year's experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• The ability to lead and motivate a team
