ABOUT THE ROLE....
We’re looking for someone with the right attitude and we can train you! Someone who has exceptional attention to detail, strong numerical skills, effective time management and is self-motivated and results driven. Your goal is to support the General Operations Manager in a variety of HR, communication tasks including but not limited to talent sourcing, onboarding and Retail Admin/merchandise/sales focus tasks effectively.
You will have previous Admin/HR OR Retail experience, the right attitude, and a willingness to learn.
There will be opportunities to take on various responsibilities and to develop your skills. You will work closely with the Retail Operations team who will coach you to grow your knowledge and abilities.
ABOUT YOU....
Your skills and attributes will be:
- An enthusiastic attitude
- Understanding of Retail, merchandising and sales environments preferred.
- Previous administration experience in an office environment would be desirable as would a knowledge of retail
- Experience in using Excel & Word
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Effective teamwork and communication
- Enjoys a fast-paced environment
- Has a passion for fashion footwear
- Is self motivated and results driven
