Based in North Adelaide, the Memberships and Admin Coordinator is the central point of contact at the National Trust of South Australia (NTSA).
The position has a range of administration responsibilities including extensive interaction with a range of people in person, by phone and online.
The key people you will interact with daily are the small team in State Office, members, branches, contractors, volunteers and the general public.
We are a small team and the person in this position is highly-valued.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating the front office including taking calls, opening and distributing mail, managing email inboxes and taking EFTPOS payments.
- Processing Memberships and general donatons.
- Maintain the contact register for members, branches and volunteers.
- Website updates (Wordpress whiz anyone?) and app updates.
- Generating and sending monthly E-Newsletter to our members.
- Ordering stationery and office supplies.
- Meeting support for Committee and/or Team Meetings.
- Supporting Business and Ops Manager with projects as required.
Qualifications
You’re an experienced professional who has:
- Previous experience in a similar role involving reception duties and Administration.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computing skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organisational skills and flexibility with the ability to prioritise tasks, multi-task, meet deadlines and be accountable for outcomes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively as a supportive contributor in a team environment.
- Highly organised with the ability to solve problems and use initiative.
