- Fulfil the accountabilities of this position in accordance with Queensland Health's Values in Action as outlined above.
- Cooking and preparation of Café food items
- Preparation and serving of food items for sale.
- Provide exceptionally high level of customer focused service at all service points and at all times throughout all internal Retail outlets
- Occasional use of Point of Sale System to take orders, appropriately capture sales, accept payment (cash and EFTPOS) and provide change and refunds (as required).
