Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are currently seeking applications for a Customer Service Representative all-rounder to join our growing team based in Slade Point, Mackay.
Overview
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, it's a full-time position that involves handling customer accounts and chasing up debtors on a daily basis.
Your day-to-day routine will look something like this:
- Accurate processing of inbound customer orders via phone, email, web, fax.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Monitoring customer accounts and payment terms.
- Process and print relevant picking slips, invoices, and customer pick-up requirements.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Responsible for the collection of overdue accounts.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
All about you
- Prior experience in Administrative support and Customer Services in a busy environment.
- A proven background in a Customer Services role will be preferred.
- Good attention to detail.
- Great phone manners.
- Background in basic Accounts administration.
- Proficiency in using computers and MS Suite (Intermediate Excel skills)
- Ability to handle ad-hoc administrative & sales support tasks as required
