Job description

Monday - Friday Sales Administrator needed for a top office in Brisbane inner suburb. Support a leading team of busy & energetic Agents!

The Company:

Our client have an excellent reputation in the market and are a team who conduct themselves with integrity, passion, and a lot of energy! They are now looking for a Sales Administrator to support their fun and vibrant Lead Agent, located in Brisbane inner suburbs.

The Role:
Joining a high performing individual, this is a role that will require no less than 100% in everything you do. Through expertise, dedication, and of course, results, you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing form 6's and contracts
  • Organising photography, building and pest inspections and valuations
  • Running marketing campaigns
  • Social media management
  • Preparation of listing presentation and appraisal proposals
  • General administration and support duties
  • Email and diary management
  • Database management
  • Monday to Friday, no weekends!
  • Exposure to Trust accounting (highly advantageous)

You will be well presented, organised, and have excellent administration skills. A current QLD Certificate of Registration and a valid driver's license are essential. Open to entry-level candidates with a strong administration background and desire to commence a career within Real Estate.
The Successful Candidate:
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Driver’s license
  • Previous experience in Real Estate regarded, but not required
  • MUST have a passion for the Real Estate industry
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organisation and time management
  • Ability to deliver high-end customer service to guests, owners and tenants
  • Immaculate presentation
