AO3 Property Leasing Administrator

Our State Government client is seeking an AO3 Property Leasing Administration Officer to join the team on a temporary basis. Starting in April and based in Brisbane's CBD, the role will be for an initial period of 3 months with good prospects for extension and career progression. The hourly rate of pay will be $46.27 plus super, working 38 hours per week.

This opportunity would suit someone with a knowledge of the commercial property sector. A degree in Property Economic would be considered advantageous but not essential.

In the role, you will be supporting the Lease Managers and undertaking the following administrative duties:

• Preparing documents for Lease Managers
• Assisting Lease Managers with maintenance
• Assisting Lease Managers with invoicing
• Filing
• Printing

To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Sound administrative skills and the ability to quickly get across new processes and information
• Strong time management and prioritisation skills
• Excellent communication skills and professional manner
• Sound proficiency with Excel and the ability to pick up new systems easily
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
