The RoleAs part of the retail department, the
Retail Operations Manager will lead continuous improvement projects, which drive retail standards & performance. This includes;
- Managing new store openings & any existing refurbishment operational arrangements
- Managing the day to day operations of the stores & solving any related issues
- Ensuring stores satisfy audit requirements
- Overseeing & managing operations costs
- Ensuring company policies & procedures are followed by the stores teams at all times
- Plan & support management with any retail meetings
- Compute store commissions across all stores for management approval with possible analysis to ensure it drives sales performance
- Manage all policies of manpower planning in stores
- Manage ad hoc projects & store initiatives

Skills Required
- Full working rights in Australia
- Proven experience in retail management in a premium / luxury retail environment and / or experience in a previous Retail Operations role
- Strong knowledge of Retail Operations, business analysis, KPI measurement & setup
- Self motivated with exceptional organisational skills
- Detail oriented with strong knowledge of Excel
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
