Our client is a powerhouse in the industry, with some exceptional assets across retail, office and industrial. This position is within the retail team and involves the management of Retail Strip Shops located within close proximity to CBD (easily accessible by public transport!).
The role will require the Property Manager to have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience managing retail properties and hold a strong understanding of the Retail Leases Act.

Role Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of commercial property management experience and sold experience managing retail assets.
- A strong understanding of the Retail Leases Act.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to understand nuances and adapt communication to various stakeholders.
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
