Australasian Retail Projects is a leading National Project Management / Shopfitting Company with major national retail clients across Australia and New Zealand. We are currently searching for an experienced Site Manager to join our Victorian team.
Duties in the role include but are not limited to:
➢ Plan for site commencement including project brief, site audit, check-measure and material ordering
➢ Oversee the build of each project from site commencement to handover (typically 4-6 projects under construction at a time)
➢ Manage all onsite labour to ensure project is delivered on time, as per plans, to high quality standards
➢ Liaise with our Project Manager to provide daily feedback and weekly progress reports
➢ Provide on-site technical and building methodology support to onsite labour
➢ Ensure OH&S policies are adhered to at all times
Professional Skills
- Experience with fitouts, refurbishment and defits
- Ability to read and understand construction plans
- Ability to manage a project and deliver to budget and time constraints
- Possess strong problem solving and time management skills
- Strong organisational skills and a team player
- Able to work to tight deadline
- Ability to manage site staff effectively
