Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Shelf Strategy: Develop and execute a robust strategy for optimizing presence across various online platforms. Drive visibility, discoverability, and conversion on the Digital Shelf.
- Brand Experience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand representation online. Ensure consistency, relevance, and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Customer Conversions: Leverage data-driven insights to enhance the customer journey. Optimize product listings, search rankings, and content to drive conversions.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Regularly analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Retail Search or Digital Shelf management role, within FMCG or CPG.
- Digital Acumen: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Collaborative Spirit: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
