A great opportunity exists to join Zurich's Life Insurance Customer Care team as a Retention Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service to deepen customer loyalty and advocacy to retain customers. You will manage inbound and outbound customer interactions through telephone and email channels, to assist customers with maintaining their insurance cover. The role will see you execute agreed strategies to maintain and improve customer retention across multiple interactions including cancellations, cover reductions and financial hardship. In addition, you will also provide support to our vulnerable customers.
