Return to Work Administrator

Join us in the important role of Administration Specialist - Wellbeing and Workers Compensation, where you will provide support to deliver optimum performance to the national Health, Wellbeing and Workers Compensation team.

• Co-ordinating meetings, maintaining information files, maintaining databases, coordination of activities, collating information and responding to queries.
• Communicate with internal teams and externally engaged businesses, providing information by telephone, written form, email or in-person.
• Process accounts including reimbursements, source quotes, liaise with agencies to ensure prompt processing of reimbursements.
• Advising payroll of workers compensation entitlements
• Lodgement and administrative support of workers compensation claims.
• Support the implementation of national wellbeing initiatives.
• Collate information for the development and completion of reporting.
• Work collaboratively with the broader HSEQ team to improve health, wellbeing and injury management of the Kinetic workforce.

• Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders in a similar role.
• Demonstrated experience in providing administrative support, a high level of written and oral communications skills, and high attention to detail.
• Experience in payroll administration is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal skills, organisational ability and time management
• Self motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations and positive approach to a changing work environment
• Excellent computer literacy - Microsoft Suite as well as the ability to learn in-house software packages.
