The Return to Work and OHS Coordinator role assists in supporting the National OHS & Compliance Manager to provide support and advice to the Retail and Head Office Management teams surrounding workers compensation, OHS best practise and Return To Work Legislative requirements. Prepare tailored Return to Work plans that factor each employees capacity. Liaise directly with agents, medical providers, injured team and their reporting managers regarding rehabilitation. Undertake financial reconciliation. Process treatment accounts for approved WorkCover claims.
