ABOUT THE ROLE
This role will be responsible for establishing and co-ordinating the execution of our Marketing and content initiatives across all our online digital and Social channels. This role requires creativity, fun, initiative and organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns across Social Media platforms to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage the day-to-day marketing calendar and ensure key-dates for campaign launches are met.
- Use your initiative to create and plan content for upcoming events on the calendar.
- Content planning, copy writing and scheduling and responding to posts across various Social Media platforms – Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok & Pinterest.
- Assist with monthly on-site campaign photoshoots, e-comm shoots and video shoots (where necessary) to create a strong photo catalogue for use across multiple channels that strategically align with the brand.
- Identify and nurture relationships with influencers and ambassadors for the brand.
- Plan and coordinate eDM marketing including briefing the creative layout and create the copy to support the trade plan.
- Help to drive results and conversions in our launches and promotions, with fresh and engaging content and ideas.
- Manage and monitor success across various Social Media platforms to ensure KPIs are delivered as agreed.
- Co-ordinate Social Media events and activations seamlessly, being the primary contact for these events or activations.
- Support and lead other traditional marketing initiatives as required as the brand grows and develops over time.
